Get started

Welcome to Gmax Gyms! We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen us to start or continue your fitness journey. Our goal is to make your transition into our community as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s a quick guide to our onboarding process, designed to prepare you for upcoming classes and ensure you get the most out of your Gmax experience.

Step 1: Personal Welcome

Upon joining, you’ll meet with one of our friendly staff members for a personal welcome session. This is a great opportunity to discuss your fitness goals, previous experience, and any concerns you might have. It’s also the perfect time to ask questions about gym facilities, schedules, and the services we offer.

Step 2: Orientation Tour

Next, we’ll take you on a guided tour around our gym. You’ll get to see where each class takes place, locate essential areas like the locker rooms and rest areas, and familiarize yourself with our workout equipment. Understanding the layout of the gym will make you feel more comfortable and help ease any first-day nerves.

Step 3: Fitness Assessment

To tailor your workout experience to your specific needs, we conduct a short fitness assessment. This evaluation helps us understand your current fitness level and any specific needs or modifications we should consider. The assessment ensures that the classes you choose will be effective, safe, and aligned with your fitness goals.

Step 4: Introduction to Classes

We’ll introduce you to our range of classes and help you determine which ones might suit you best based on your interests and fitness assessment. Whether you’re into high-intensity interval training, yoga, or strength training, we have something that’ll fit your style. We’ll also explain the format of each class, what you can expect, and how to prepare for each session.

Step 5: Booking Your First Class

With a better understanding of what’s available, it’s time to book your first class! Our staff will assist you with the booking process and provide tips on what to bring and how to prepare. Remember, our instructors are here to support you, so feel free to let them know it’s your first class—they’ll make sure to give you extra attention!

Step 6: Follow-Up

After your first class, we’ll check in to see how it went and discuss any adjustments that might enhance your gym experience. This is a good time to address any feedback or further personalize your fitness plan.

Our onboarding process is designed to make you feel comfortable, prepared, and excited about your fitness journey at Gmax Gyms. We look forward to seeing you in class and are here to support you every step of the way. Welcome aboard!
