Men's M5 Program | Ladies F5 Program

8 to 12 week fat loss program 

A hybrid of in person and online coaching 
 
Consisting of nutrition guidance, recipe ideas and feedback on your meals.
 
Training in the gym is delivered through small group sessions, where you will be coached in a group of between 4 and 8 people per session.
 
Outside of the gym sessions you will receive on going support in a WhatsApp group along with other participants of the program.
 
We use the Inbody machine to analysis bodyfat & muscle mass. Progress photos and circumference measurements are also used as progress markers.
 
**The program is the missing link for most people coming into the gym especially if weight loss is the goal. 
The combination of strength training and a better understanding of nutrition provides results over the course of the program but more importantly sets the participant up for long term success.**
