This is personal training in a small group setting
(Maximum 7 people per group)

You will receive plenty of one to one attention within the group throughout the session

You will work on strength, mobility, and conditioning over the course of the session

Sessions last approximately 50 to 55 minutes, including the warm-up

Exercises will be adjusted to meet your current ability and fitness level

This is the main offering here at Max Fitness and the most popular with our members

You receive personal training at a fraction of the cost of one to one

Pricing is based on a 4 week cycle
Payment is upfront on or before your first session of the cycle
