Do you have an active hobby but live a sedentary life?
This was a conversation I had recently with a gym member.
Choosing to exercise 2 to 4 hours per week is brilliant for you, your fitness, your strength, your mental health, your social life, the list could go on.
The issue lies, however, if that same person then lives a very sedentary life in the other 160 + hours in the week due to type of job,family situation, free time.
Your general lifestyle makes up the biggest chunk of your week, so it makes good sense to make changes in that department also.
- Sleep
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Lifestyle/Daily Movement
Those are going to have the biggest impact on how you feel, look, perform, etc, so start to look at these in greater detail.
Your hours in the gym will also be way more productive if you address the other areas.
