Sticking to any plan always gets easier when you know there are foods you enjoy in the plan.
Whether that’s some chocolate at night, alcohol or a weekend takeaway.
It’s when you take this too far that the problems arise.
If they are factored in wisely and you generally eat well 80% of the time then there won’t be issues.
There’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” foods.
Foods either have a higher calorie amount or a lower amount.
Certain foods might be trigger foods but that’s more a mindset than anything else.
Food is much more than just calories so.
